Working as a trainer since 2018, I specialize in preventive and rehabilitation-focused movement. I also integrate my own experience with injury recovery into my coaching. My goal is to help reduce pain, improve stability, and guide you toward feeling good in your body again through safe, structured, and conscious training.
As an IFBB-certified bodybuilding and fitness coach and dance instructor, I have over 20 years of experience supporting movement, healthy lifestyle habits, and building confident body awareness. My sessions focus on personalized development, a positive atmosphere, and safe, energetic movement.
As a mother and an IFBB bodybuilding and fitness coach, as well as a show and fitness dance instructor, exercise and a healthy, balanced lifestyle have long been a defining part of my life. I have been involved in fitness for over 20 years – both as a competitor and a hobbyist – so I try to share my own experiences with those who come to me.
In addition to developing endurance, strength, mobility and flexibility, my workouts focus on developing a healthy, energetic lifestyle – whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, postpartum regeneration or even competition preparation. I provide personalized help for everyone from children to the elderly, even within the framework of parent-child joint workouts, so that everyone feels more confident, stronger and more balanced in their own bodies. And good-humored, fun workouts are guaranteed – sometimes my similes and jokes work your diaphragm just as much as the workout itself.
Starting from my own experience with desk work and movement-related limitations, I discovered yoga, functional training, and street workout — all of which helped me move more consciously, strongly, and freely. My goal is to turn training into a process where you gradually improve and start feeling good in your body again.
I always wanted to do some kind of sport, but somehow I only got close to regular physical exercise as an adult. I started by buying an unlimited fitness pass, which I used to attend all the group classes after work (9 hours of sitting). Needless to say, I was so stupid, because I pushed myself to the point where I couldn't even stand up... I tried several types of classes, my first love was kangoo, so much so that I wanted to teach it, which required a sports coach qualification.
After doing this, I had a small break, which eventually steered me away from my original plan and led me into the world of yoga – for which I am now grateful. Practicing it wasn’t enough, I wanted to show others what this “system” can do. Yoga is still close to my heart to this day, conscious movement, proper breathing, which supports the correct execution of the movement, and physical and mental development are also important to me. Just like now, I was open to other forms of movement then, so in addition to teaching yoga, I became familiar with movement and functional training. Yoga led me to the conscious use of the body, and functional training creates the strength and endurance with which I can develop basic human movement patterns. Later, I participated in streetworkout training, where the main resistance during training is the weight of our own body.
With this knowledge, I can revive the lost and limited ranges of motion during sedentary work and improve neuromuscular control over them.
My goal is for people not to experience these workouts as a war, not to consider them an occasional task to be done, but to find in them the positive charge that I also feel during my own workouts. Achieving goals takes time, perseverance, consistency, permanence, and lots of repetitions. Yes, there are no results without work.
Sport has been more than training for me — it is a mindset shaped by elite-level experience. Since 2004, handball has defined my everyday life. I have had the opportunity to experience competitive sport at a high level, which shaped my discipline, mentality, and performance-driven mindset. I learned that real progress doesn’t happen by chance — it comes from structured work, consistency, and the right strategy.
For me, sport is not just training — it is an attitude that elite sport has shaped in me. Since 2004, handball has defined my everyday life, and during this time I have been fortunate to experience the highest level of sport, which has given me a lot in terms of mentality, discipline and performance-oriented attitude. I have learned that real development does not depend on chance, but on consciously structured work, perseverance and the right strategy.
